Hi! I'm Alley;
and I'm so glad you're here!

I'm from a small town in Northern Connecticut. Growing up, our family was very active in sports and fitness. I danced for 13 years and was on my high school's cheerleading team (if you think these aren't sports, we cannot be friends). In college, I joined my school's powerlifting club and the rest is history. I dove DEEP into all things weightlifting, which is how I learned that fitness is nothing without proper nutrition. This is the moment my love for the world of nutrition was born. I was blown away at how capable my body is when it's nourished properly, both physically and mentally. 

I created Balanced Body Wellness + Nutrition because I want to help you find balance and enjoyment in the foods you eat, and help you learn how to lead a healthy lifestyle both in and out of the kitchen.

I proudly provide client-centered nutritional guidance and coaching to those who are ready to learn how feel good from the foods they eat. Whether you have an understanding already or are just getting started in your nutrition journey, I am here to guide you along the way. During our time together, I will help educate you about how food can be medicine and how what we eat affects our bodies. I'll help you learn skills to create and adapt lasting changes in the way you think about and utilize food, while still being able to enjoy your favorite foods. My goal is to help you create awareness in your food choices and find balance so you never feel like you have to diet or restrict yourself of certain foods. Balance is key, and I am so excited to help you find it!
