A little more about me.

I hold a Nutrition Coaching Certificate through the National Association of Sports Medicine. I am also a Licenced Massage Therapist in the state of Connecticut. Additionally, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Level-1 CrossFit instructor. I am always reading and learning new things to further my education and enhance my practices.

When I'm not saving the world one healthy meal or bicep curl at a time, I'm at home with my husband, daughter, and two pups. We live in a small town in Northern Connecticut. We have a black lab border collie named Xena, and a mini Australian Shepherd named Mickey. We welcomed the most beautiful baby girl into the world in February 2023; since that day, I've fallen in love with my little family over and over again each day, and while that may sound so sappy, it's the g dang truth! 

I am a self proclaimed world's biggest bookworm; I have cancelled plans in the past so I could stay home and finish a book instead. I enjoy the outdoors, especially the beach. One of my favorite moments of the day is 8a.m., snuggling with my baby girl on the back porch with a fresh cup of coffee; I could stay in that moment forever. I enjoy day trips to vineyards and breweries, especially ones that have cheese boards on the menu. I'm a huge advocate for creating positive pregnancy and birth experiences (my goal is to one day shift my focus to nutrition for women's health to support pregnancy, birth, and postpartum). I believe in manifestation; I love my crystals; I'm a real earthy crunchy type of person.
